Assist events team members and section leads as extra hands as needed throughout the set up. This position can be fast moving and comprise a large number of discrete troubleshooting tasks.

Registration for this roles requires a two-day time commitment for both the May 24 set up and the May 25 in person ceremony.

  • Podium placement
  • Hanging banner

Set up stage items based on layout, including:

  • tables for stage handouts (linens, then handouts)
  • podium sign on podium
  • podium binder on podium
  • stage party chairs (program on seats, then name card on top)
  • water bottles (one per chair, [speakers/signers get 2], set underneath chair)

Set up area surrounding stage based on layout, including:

  • Tables and chairs for Stage Management and Marching Order use
  • Gonfalons
  • Flags
  • Step & Repeat

 

Set Up - Graduate Robing Area

  • Reader cards
  • Extra caps/gowns, hoods, tassels

Set up and organize volunteer area, including name badges, polo shirts, walkies, and documentation.

Rehearsals
