Please let us know how you wish to take part in our 2023 Commencement ceremonies!

We invite you to register and let us know how you will take part in our 2023 Commencement ceremonies.  When you register, you will be able to sign up for volunteer roles, as well as letting us know if you will be part of the stage party at the May 25 in person ceremony.

For ease, the available volunteer roles are separated by the time in which they occur, and categorized by the type of work entailed:

• Prior to May 24, in support of all of our graduates
• On May 24, in support of the In Person Ceremony
• On May 25, in support of the In Person Ceremony
• On May 31, in support of the Virtual Ceremony. 

You are welcome to sign up for multiple roles, so long as the times of the roles don't overlap.

Please note: Some volunteer roles require a two-day commitment; these are marked as such in the description, so please be sure to review the full details before signing up. Please also be sure to communicate with your supervisor on your intention to assist prior to signing up.
