Dr. Chris Truong is a Staff Psychologist and the Coordinator of Neurodiversity-Affirming Services at Towson University. They also run Prismatic Minds, a private practice that offers training and consulting on neurodiversity. Chris has a doctorate in clinical psychology from Loyola University Maryland and a master’s in public mental health from Johns Hopkins. Their work focuses on college mental health, autism services, and public mental health. Dr. Truong has been recognized at the institutional, state, and national levels for their leadership in promoting multiculturalism, accessibility, and equity in higher education.Dr. Stephen Willems currently works as a Disability Specialist in the Office of Accessibility & Disability Services at Towson University. With extensive experience in student-centered initiatives, he serves as the coordinator of the Workforce Recruitment Program and liaison to the Military and Veterans Center, Career Center, and Counseling Center. Dr. Willems specializes in adult and professional learning facilitation, emphasizing applied learning to enhance student engagement and co-construct more inclusive learning environments. He leverages his knowledge of participatory action research and arts-based methods to support the university's commitment to fostering a sense of belonging for neurodivergent students across campus. Christopher Martini is a doctoral scholar in Towson University's Autism Studies PhD Program who is currently researching twice-exceptionality, the intersection of special education and giftedness. He has been able to utilize his experience as an educator to help inform his work and build connections within the community to investigate lived experiences of this often underserved population.
