Cristina Balboa is an Associate Professor at the Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs, Baruch College where she studies power relationships between actors of governance. She is currently the chair of the Marxe DEI Committee, and has previously been a member of the Baruch Presidential Advisory Council on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, chair of the diversity committee of the Association for Research on Nonprofit and Voluntary Action, and is a founding chair of the ARNOVA Undergraduate Diversity Scholars and Leaders program.
