Dr. Erica King-Toler currently serves as the Interim Chair and Director of the SEEK Department at John Jay College. Dr. King-Toler is a licensed cross-cultural psychologist who has been working in the SEEK Department over than 20 years. Her primary focus has been developing student leaders and encouraging student resilience in the face of life challenges. More recently, she has engaged in strategic organizational leadership and planning with the goal of improving institutional effectiveness.
