Tashika McBride is an Adjunct Lecturer at Middle High School Education at Lehman College, City University of New York and the co-founder of the Human and the co-founder of the Human Rights Education Certification Program. As her full-time employment, Ms. McBride is a trauma informed holistic social worker engaged in advocacy and scholarship focused on racial/indigenous justice,youth voice and community building through a lens of language as liberation. Her research includes holistic approaches to addressing root causes of trauma, with authentic ways to honor humankind healing.
