Amanda Moody Maestranzi is a Substitute Lecturer, Doctoral Schedule, in the Middle and High School Education department (TESOL) at Lehman College, CUNY. Dr. Moody teaches primarily methods courses but also supervises student teachers/interns and conducts internship seminars. Dr. Moody is a member of NYS TESOL and AERA and enjoys contributing as an editor for NYS TESOL’s Mosaic publication and via conference presentations. Her recent research explores her emerging self-work as a teacher educator, mentor and supervisor. She is interested in self-study and arts-based research, especially creative non-fiction, narrative inquiry, and poetry.
