Kirsten Cole Ph.D. is a teacher, researcher, and parent based in Brooklyn, NY. Her research interests include the study of teachers' lives, the relationships between families and teachers, and anti-racist/anti-bias education. She received her doctorate in Urban Education from the City University of New York in 2013. Cole has the pleasure to teach and learn from her students and colleagues as an Associate Professor of Early Childhood Education at the Borough of Manhattan Community College CUNY.
