Dr. Jermaine J. Monk was an assistant professor of social work at Lehman College. He currently is the new Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. He holds a Ph.D. and MA in Urban Systems, a joint program between the School of Nursing and School of Public Affairs at Rutgers University and the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He recently completed a MS in Business Management from the University of Illinois, Urban-Champaign. Jermaine has earned an MA in Theological Studies from LaSalle University; a MSW from Temple University; and a BA from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Urban Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers.
