Dr. Damaris-Lois Yamoah Lang is a mother, a wife, a person of faith, an educator, loves to sing, enjoys thinking-just simply thinking. Dr. Lang's field of study in Neurobiology of Parental Care, amongst other things, drove her into establishing P-CoC Inc, a professional charity society laser-focused on racial equity. She studied the impact of external stimuli on the brain in producing behavioral output. Dr. Lang has served in higher education for almost twenty years. Dr. Lang is a college professor and holds several administrative positions with The City University of New York – CUNY. She is also involved in School-College Partnerships initiatives enhancing quality education for students. Dr. Lang attended medical school to earn a Medical Sciences degree. In addition, she has two masters and doctorate degrees. She also earned an Executive Education on Public Leadership in three certification areas on Creating Public Value; Leading Successful Programs: Using Evidence to Assess Effectiveness, and Creating Collaborative Solutions from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government. Dr. Lang is a dedicated worker, strategizing effectively to maximize productivity.
