Dr. Elys Vasquez-Iscan is an associate professor and the Unit Coordinator of the community health degree program at Hostos Community College. She is the PI of a study assessing burnout among CUNY faculty and their coping strategies. Her recent research publication focuses on digital inequities and remote learning. She was a Fulbright Fellow and an ELEVATE Fellow from the University of Pennsylvania and received certification in diversity, equity, and inclusion from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She also teaches for the John Jay Prison to College Pipeline.
