Dr. Punita Bhansali joined as assistant professor at Queensborough Community College in 2017. She serves as the Director of the Medical Assistant AAS Degree program. She holds a bachelor’s degree from MIT and a doctoral degree from Columbia University. As a postdoctoral researcher at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, she was awarded an NIH-funded teaching and research fellowship, during which time she developed a keen interest in creating opportunities for CUNY students.
