Will Saunders is a current school counseling graduate student at Brooklyn College, and he serves as a high school, workplace learning/career readiness teacher in the NYC Department of Education. Will has worked in education in different roles since 2004 and is passionate about supporting the growth, development, and success of young people, particularly those of underrepresented groups. His other interests and hobbies include music, track and field, cooking, spending time with family, health and wellness, and Netflix. Will is an active alumnus of North Carolina A&T State University, an HBCU located in Greensboro, NC, serving in roles such as the NY/NJ representative for the Young Alumni Council and 2nd-Vice President for the NYC chapter of the national alumni association. He was featured in the best-selling book, “The HBCU Experience, 3rd Edition”as a contributing author.
