Dr. Linda L. Ridley has been teaching Business, Management, and Organizational Behavior & Leadership at CUNY SPS and Hostos Community College, both graduate and undergraduate, since 2010. As CEO of a global consulting firm focusing on change management, Dr. Ridley has been designated an Expert Consultant by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) of Tokyo. Prior to consulting, she spent over two decades in investment banking at Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors) overseeing internal client services nationwide and Canada. Among her honors, she is a 2022 Faculty Fellow with the U.S. Department of State’s Aspen Institute Stevens Initiative. Dr. Ridley earned her doctorate in Administrative and Instructional Leadership at the School of Education of St. John’s University as well as her MBA from the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary.
