The CUNY SPS Psychology Program’s Day in the Life series provides students with an opportunity to learn about and speak directly with, those actively working in various subdisciplines in Psychology. Join us to hear about the first hand, in the field experiences of Dr. Richard V. Perrone, an accomplished I/O psychology practitioner, educator, and U.S. Air Force veteran.

Since completing a United States Air Force career as a Master Instructor, Richard V. Perrone has worked in leadership and management of nonprofit/profit organizations in a variety of capacities. His experience includes service as Director of Contract Administration, Director of Revenue Maximization, Regional Director of Quality Assurance, School of Business Director, and currently the Department Chair, for the School of Human Services and the School of Psychology at Beacon College. He has enjoyed a long experience in negotiation, mediation, program planning, grant writing, and organizational human relations communication techniques. Dr. Perrone holds a Doctorate in Human Services/Social Work and Community Services, a Master’s Degree in Human Relations, a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services.
