Kelly (Kels) Davidson, PCC (she/her) is a neurodivergent educator, coach, and leadership expert focused on creating inclusive, accessible working & learning environments. As a Leader & Instructor in UBC's Certificate in Organizational Coaching, Kels brings lived experience and practical strategies to support diverse learners as they learn. Outside of coach education, she is a leadership expert and certified coach who has worked with hundreds of leaders and teams around the world. Kels is passionate about supporting individuals (neurodivergent and neurotypical) as they navigate overwhelming challenges, creating systems and strategies to help them move towards flourishing in their lives and careers.
