Cristina Nava-Sosa (she/her/ella) is the Program Manager of Library Services and Community Partnerships at Extreme Kids & Crew, a nonprofit organization that creates joyful, inclusive programming for neurodivergent youth and their families. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Children and Youth Studies from CUNY Brooklyn College. With a background in community arts, education, and advocacy, Cristina collaborates with libraries and cultural institutions across New York City to design accessible, creative spaces where neurodiverse voices are centered and celebrated. Cristina is bilingual in English and Spanish, and her work focuses on bridging community partnerships with disability justice. She is passionate about co-creating spaces that honor multiple ways of learning, expressing, and belonging.
