The CUNY School of Professional Studies is delighted to celebrate this momentous occasion with you!
CUNY SPS will host our annual Commencement ceremony in the Spring of 2025.
The date, location, and time will be announced in early 2025.
In order to receive an invitation to attend the 2025 Commencement ceremony,
you must submit an application to graduate no later than March 1, 2025.
Follow the table below to confirm the application deadline for your award date.
The deadline to register to attend the 2025 CUNY SPS Commencement ceremony in person is usually mid-April.

*Students who have no more than two remaining courses to complete their degree requirements at the end of the Spring semester are permitted to participate in Commencement. To do so, the student must be registered for the final course(s) in the Summer term.
Don't forget: Students who hope to be part of the Class of 2025 must first submit the Application to Graduate form to the Registrar’s office no later than March 1, 2025. This step begins the audit process that must be completed before your degree can be issued.
