We invite you to register and let us know how you will take part in the CUNY SPS 2024 Commencement ceremony.  

When you register, you will be able to sign up as a stage party member, or as part of the ceremony staff. 

There is also an option to volunteer your time with some of the logistical prep work taking place May 13-21. For ease, the available roles are separated by the time in which they occur, and categorized by the type of work entailed. You are welcome to sign up for multiple roles, so long as the times of the roles don't overlap.

Reminders:

• Some ceremony staff roles require a two-day commitment, encompassing our set up day on May 22, and our ceremony day on May 23. These roles are marked as such in the description, so please be sure to review the full details before signing up.
• Some roles have early start times (i.e. 7:30am), so please review those.
• Please also be sure to communicate with your supervisor on your intention to assist prior to signing up.
