Shemeka Brathwaite, MSEd is the associate director of the NYC Men Teach program in the Brooklyn College School of Education. Beyond CUNY, Shemeka Brathwaite is a professional speaker and community activist. Shemeka collaborates with non-profits on local, regional, national, and international initiatives, earning her proclamations from congressional, state assembly, and city council officials. She is currently a doctoral student in the Community-Based Leadership program at CUNY CSI.
