Description
This session will focus on how CUNY staff and faculty can create processes and environments that welcome and empower transgender and non-binary students, as well as our peers who share these identities. Our goals are to provide a greater understanding of terminology, build awareness of the challenges faced by this community, highlight important collaboration points, and suggest strategies that will foster a greater sense of belonging and inclusion.
