Please keep in mind that the University’s Student Vaccination Mandate is still in effect and that it requires that all students, who do not have an approved medical exemption or religious exception, to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to access a CUNY campus. This includes attending events held on a CUNY campus.

Additionally, as a student, you will require a Cleared4 Access Pass. To obtain a pass, you must have provided proof of vaccination to the school.

If you have not submitted your COVID-19 vaccination documentation, follow these instructions to do so. Please note:

• It generally takes 24-48 business hours for documents to be reviewed.
• You do not have to submit COVID-19 vaccination documents if they were previously approved by another CUNY college.

Once your COVID-19 vaccination documents are approved, follow the below instructions to obtain a Cleared4 Access Pass.

• Visit https://www.c4wrk.com/KMBH2W47uMs1r3Gv5.
• Next, look out for an email and/or a text message that includes your Cleared4 personalized profile link.
• Then, update your profile by clicking the personal link that appears.
• Lastly, follow these instructions to save your access pass to your phone.

Be sure to set up your access pass at least 48 business hours in advance of your first visit to campus.

 

Recently Graduated Students, Friends, and Family

As of Wednesday, February 1, 2023, general campus visitors, including fully graduated students, no longer need to provide proof of vaccination or recent negative testing.
