Linda Ridley, Ed.D., MBA, is an Adjunct Assistant Professor, Business, CUNY School of Professional Studies (SPS); and a Doctoral Lecturer at Hostos Community College. Dr. Linda L. Ridley has been with CUNY since 2010, teaching business, management and Organizational Behavior & Leadership at the undergraduate level; at the SPS graduate level. As CEO of a global consulting firm focusing on change management, Linda has been designated an Expert Consultant by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) of Tokyo, Japan. Prior to consulting, Linda spent over two decades as a Director of Investment Banking at Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors). Among her honors, Linda is a 2022 Faculty Fellow with the U.S. Department of State’s Aspen Institute Stevens Initiative. Linda earned her doctorate in Administrative and Instructional Leadership at the School of Education of St. John’s University as well as her MBA from the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary. Linda’s memberships also include the American Association of University Professors, The Business History Conference, the Organizational Behavior Teaching Society (OBTS), the American Association of University Professors, and the American Anthropological Association.
