Mario Diel is a seasoned German entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur in various sectors. During which he founded and exited more than 100 companies, with multi billions in revenues, he is driven to lead IKAR in the new future of entrepreneurship.

Prior to establishing IKAR, Mario Diel has taught multiple ‘real-life’ infused entrepreneurship and management classes in international universities in Turkey, to teach the true challenges of entrepreneurship to masters’ degree students.

In July 2021 he launched the World’s First HUMICORN: IKAR! His mission through IKAR is to accelerate wealth creation and prosperity in balance with driving sustainable economic opportunity, significant positive impact, democratized prosperity, and innovation into the future. In addition, he is the co-founder of the business think tank IKAR Global Institute, headquartered in Vienna with the biggest social impact initiative to support, mentor and educate 1 million future leaders to 2050. He believes that the best social imprint is in the future generations who would lead the world’s innovation.
