Dr. Muir is a recognized national expert in general child and adolescent psychiatry and a current and past principal investigator in studies around innovative forms of treatments. Dr. Muir is a serial entrepreneur most recently serving as the CEO of mental health startup, Sphere Health. He has been invited to speak at international and national meetings on topics such as mentalization based treatment, schizophrenia, clozapine adverse events, the connections between artificial intelligence and psychotherapy, among others. Dr. Muir is the author of a textbook, Adolescent Suicide and Self Injury: a Mentalization-Based Treatment Approach.
