Tiffany Fosmire-Mathias is a published indie author, entrepreneur, and business professional. She is a native of New York City where she resides with her husband and their blended family. Currently, she is pursuing a bachelor degree in Human Relations from the CUNY School of Professional Studies.

After realizing the opportunities available in community advancement and youth development were limited, she launched two programs. At Sisterhood and Shenanigans Events, she facilitates networking and social engagement between women in business and local high school and college students. At The Phoenix Center for Youth Development, she provides underserved youth with life skills and social development workshops.

Additionally, Tiffany is a founding member of the NYC non-profit Big Apple Leadership Academy for the Arts (BALAA), a program that provides youth with academic and cultural arts enrichment. Here, she currently sits as the Vice President of the Parent Advisory Council where she works in partnership with other parents in the program to share information, provide resources, and formulate fundraising initiatives for the program.
