Yardena Gerwin is a Community Engagement Specialist at Lime Connect, where she provides disability-specific career advising to university staff, students, and alumni. She holds an MPhil in Health, Medicine, and Society from the University of Cambridge as a Gates Cambridge Scholar, where her research focused on mentorship and career preparedness for disabled students. She previously designed her own major in Disability Studies and Social Determinants of Health at Middlebury College. Yardena also brings experience as a disability policy fellow on the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
