Dr. Regina Varin-Mignano, PhD, LCSW-R Interim Director, Wellness Center & Director, Neurodiversity Program Dr. Regina Varin-Mignano serves as Interim Director of the Wellness Center and Director of the Neurodiversity Program, where she provides strategic leadership for campus mental health, accessibility, and neurodiversity-affirming initiatives. She oversees multiple grant-funded programs, including SAMHSA-supported projects, and works to integrate wellness, disability services, and academic success supports across the college. Her leadership centers on equity, inclusive practice, and creating campus environments where all students can thrive. Jeannie Buckley Lockhart, LMHC Counselor, Wellness Center Jeannie Buckley Lockhart, LMHC, is a Counselor in the Wellness Center, providing individual counseling, crisis support, and psychoeducational programming to students. She works closely with neurodivergent students and collaborates with campus partners to promote holistic wellness and academic resilience. Her clinical approach emphasizes strengths-based practice, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care.
