Kirstin Kot, RSW MSW, holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Calgary and serves as a Neurodiversity Support Advisor with Student Accessibility Services. Identifying as neurodivergent, she brings lived experience and a social lens of neurodiversity to her work, centering student voices, belonging, and equity in campus environments. In 2021, Kirstin developed and implemented the University’s first neurodiversity programming within Student Wellness Services. Her work contributed to the creation of the Sensory-Friendly Student Lounge, individualized support for self-identifying neurodivergent students, peer connection opportunities, and broader community education initiatives. This foundation led to the establishment of the Neurodiversity Support Office. Outside of work, Kirstin enjoys attending local festivals and enthusiastically attempting new hobbies.; Taylor Robinson, RSW, MSW, holds a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Trauma‑Informed Practice and has supported diverse populations across post‑secondary, healthcare, and K–12 settings. She is the International Student Support Advisor with Student Wellness Services at the University of Calgary, providing individualized mental health and wellness support to students navigating academic pressures, cultural transitions, and personal challenges. Previously, Taylor worked as a Neurodiversity Support Advisor, supporting neurodivergent students in navigating university life and accessing needed resources. She is committed to strengths‑based, culturally responsive approaches and is passionate about fostering resilience and community among the students she supports. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her dog.
