Kaitlyn Frances is a second year Biology major, Psychology minor at Macaulay Honors College, Vice President of the Macaulay Mind, and an undergraduate neuroscience researcher at the College of Staten Island. As a Direct Support Professional at the GRACE Foundation of New York, she is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder, creating meaningful connections and fostering safe, inclusive environments. Kaitlyn also likes to bake, read, and rock climb!
