Nicole Johnson is a strategic communications consultant, doctoral student at Temple University with research focusing on Neurodivergence in the Workplace, and neurodivergent advocate. She has over 15 years of leadership experience across healthcare, higher education, and social impact organizations. Nicole is skilled in workshop facilitation, community building, and inclusive design strategy. Her work focuses on neurodiversity, workplace systems, and psychological capital, with a commitment to advancing belonging and joy-centered inclusion in academic and professional spaces. She co-founded Mbeleni Academy, an enrichment initiative supporting neurodivergent learners, and currently collaborates with Manoa Canon Integrated Health to expand access to neurodivergent testing services and reduce the underdiagnosis and misdiagnosis.
