Xin Xu is a Departmental Lecturer in Education at the University of Oxford specialising in tertiary education and research policy, governance, and assessment; global dynamics and internationalisation of tertiary education and research, including cross-border academic and knowledge mobility and research on research, including research culture, value and ethics. Cressiday Ryan is a theologian and lecturer/tutor in New Testament Greek and a Disability Advisor at the University of Oxford. Sian Gronlie is a Professor of Medieval English Literature, and an Equalities Fellow working at St Anne's College, Oxford. Georgia Lin is a doctoral researcher at the University of Oxford; her research focuses on activism by students of colour.
