Graduate Checklist
- To be considered for a degree or certificate and to obtain a diploma, candidates must file an application for graduation.
- The filing deadline for the June 2024 award was March 1. The deadline for August 2024 awards is June 30.
- Graduates attending Commencement in person are expected to wear academic regalia (caps and gowns).
- Order your regalia online from the CUNY SPS page on Jostens at least 5 weeks prior to the ceremony date to ensure timely delivery.

Just in time to update your LinkedIn profile picture or use for your Graduate slide.

- An invitation email for Commencement registration went out in early March.
- This invitation to register is issued to only those students whose eligibility is confirmed.
- To participate in person or virtually, you need to register for both yourself and your guests.

Receiving your Degree
Diplomas/certificates will be mailed 6-8 weeks after your Conferral date.
