Speaker Bio
Dr. Jung Hang Lee is an assistant professor of mathematics at Hostos. He earned his PhD in mathematics education from Columbia University and holds additional degrees including a BS in computer science and applied mathematics, and an MS in applied mathematics. His main research interests include student motivation, STEM education for parents-students, and mathematics education in North Korea. He is a co-PI on the HOPE Project.
