Bullying, marginalization and erasure in and from the community echoes far beyond the classroom for students of all ages. This topic must be addressed as a Workshop to reach out to those employees and students of CUNY who have experienced on-going bullying, marginalization due to language or disability, and erasure or disappearance from society due to physical, emotional, or difference life experiences from the crowd. This Workshop teaches, self-confidence, and preparation under stressful situations, to know when to speak up to a bully and when to simply just physically walk away. Everyone gets bullied all over the world for mostly for some very silly, childish reason created by the bully. The bully means nothing and the bullied must be able to see that as it is not the bullied, but is the bully who has the problem. The bullied will learn to master their own facial expressions and their tone-of-voice.
