Over six years ago, the #MeToo movement went viral as allegations about Harvey Weinstein’s conduct in Hollywood sparked a global reckoning about sexual harassment and workplace misconduct. In the years since, the global workforce and campus climates have changed dramatically due to the pandemic and a subsequent shift to remote and hybrid work. This session will provide insights about current trends relating to workplace harassment and campus climates, along with practical advice about how to create safe, inclusive, and empowering work and educational environments for the future, whether they be in-person, remote, or hybrid in nature.
