Isaac has over 25 years of audit experience in the banking and financial services industries. Isaac came to the Bank in 2006 after nearly 11 years at American Express, where he was a Director and Audit Team Leader within the Enterprise Risk and Assurance Services Group. There he led and participated on teams responsible for the planning and execution of audits of all sizes and complexities in both domestic and international markets.
At the Bank, Isaac’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to leading teams that provides assurance services for the following groups and functions: Cash and Custody, Risk, Treasury Auction, Supervision, Human Resources, Executive Office, Legal, and Communications and Outreach. Additionally, Isaac is an advisory member of the Bank’s Priorities Subcommittee, which supports the Executive Committee to advance the effective execution of the mission, strategic priorities, values and cultural norms of the Bank.
Isaac holds a BS in Accountancy and a MS in Taxation from the Post Campus of Long Island University (LIU Post). In 2008, Isaac completed his studies in the American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking held at the University of Pennsylvania. Isaac is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and has a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
Isaac is a lifetime member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA); and has held several positions with the New York Chapter including president, vice president and treasurer.
