Nicole is the Owner and Founder of One Mason Lane, LLC, a marketing consulting and executive coaching firm. Prior to One Mason Lane, LLC. she was the former Director of Product Marketing and Innovation at Macy’s Inc. She was responsible for the development and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy rooted in acquisition and retention specifically for Macy's Labs innovation efforts. She successfully led the 2019 Macy’s Mobile App Growth Strategy corporate initiative resulting in achieving over $1B in sales, 4.8 out 5 star rating in app stores, exceeding the download acquisition plan by +43% and the monthly active user plan by +23%. As a result, the Macy’s App won the 2020 Webby People’s Voice Award in the Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle category.
Prior to 2016, Nicole was Director of Brand Marketing & Strategy at Macy’s where she was responsible for driving brand affinity and engagement through TV integrations, annual and special events, multi-cultural marketing, cause marketing and high-profile special projects. As ambassadors for the Macy’s brand, Nicole and her team were constantly seeking to identify and execute innovative and authentic ways to communicate Macy’s magical experience and brand promise to millions of customers in stores and online.
Prior to 2015, Nicole was Director of Brand Marketing & Strategy for macys.com where she was responsible for leading and developing all digital marketing and innovation for corporate campaigns and activations. In 2012, she led cross-functional teams in developing the first-ever live shopping experience for NBC's Fashion Star, a designer competition show featuring Macy's. In addition, Nicole was named among Macy's 2014 Best of the Best in the Omni-Channel category for Mobile Innovation & Activations.
Nicole began her career developing and executing traditional marketing strategies at Charming Shoppes, Inc. (parent company of Lane Bryant & Catherines). In 2008, she was awarded the Frank White Service of Excellence Award for her contribution to the successful re-launch of the beloved Vanity Fair brand Gitano. Currently, Nicole serves as a board member for the Fashion Incubator of San Francisco board of directors and was named among the 2016 Brand Innovators 40 under 40 in Brand Marketing. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a MBA in Global Innovation from California State University, East Bay where she recently received the 40 under 40 award for driving professional and community impact.
