Dr. Lewis is a leadership and organizational development executive with over 25 years of experience assisting organizations and individuals develop solutions to the challenges that prevent them from achieving top performance and long-term success. She specializes in organizational and leadership development, and diversity and inclusion. Her experience and industry research contributed to her doctoral dissertation that looked at the impact of career development opportunities on employee engagement.
Dr. Lewis has coached and collaborated with C-level executives and business partners to assess needs and implement innovative solutions. She serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to executives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Dr. Lewis’ industry and consulting experience spans a broad range of sectors. She has worked extensively with teams and individuals around leadership style, high-potential development, and mobility incorporating 360 assessments and psychometric instruments.
She has been responsible for leading diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement action plans, change management strategies, and talent development programs to create a diverse and inclusive work environment that maximizes the potential of all employees. Additionally, Dr. Lewis has led corporate training strategies and major human resource initiatives in support of business goals. She has facilitated a variety of corporate workshops and taught undergraduate and graduate level courses as an adjunct professor online and in the classroom.
Dr. Lewis believes in giving back and utilizing her knowledge to help others. She volunteers with Delta Sigma Theta sorority to provide assistance and support through established programs throughout the world. She is a member of The Links, Incorporated whose mission is to enrich the lives of others. She is also an advisory Board Member for a nonprofit organization, Lois Bronz Children’s Center, who is committed to creating a safe and nurturing educational center for children. Her community involvement also includes (1) a member of the planning committee for The Women’s Leadership Institute that works to advance and improve the personal, economic, and professional status of women, and (2) serves as a D&I Committee Member for the Alzheimer’s Association whose goal is to heighten awareness in communities of color.
Dr. Lewis’ interest includes international travel, crafts, and holistic nutrition and wellness.
