Short Description

The ADA law was signed in 1990, vastly expanding accessibility regulations in the US. Since then the ADA and its related regulations have been strengthened through amendments, lawsuits and subsequent legislation. Yet, through both Congressional action and court cases there have been attempts to weaken the ADA. The presentation will take a deeper look at recent updates on regulatory guidance and case law with regard to Education and the ADA -- the progressive victories and regressive challenges.
