I have extensive experience in leading Disability Support Services offices having worked at Fordham University, Barnard College, and Seton Hall University for collectively almost 12 years. I completed my Masters degree in Counseling and Personnel Services at Fordham where I began my love for this work supporting students with IEP's and 504 plans during my internship. I earned my doctorate in Education in May 2021 and studied the experiences of students with learning disabilities accessing accommodations. I am also the parent of a first grader with ADHD and an IEP, so I understand accommodations from both professional and personal perspectives.
