Julia Fanger (she/her) is a seasoned evaluator whose work focuses on the intersection of research and clinical practice in youth-serving organizations. In her current role as a Senior Research Associate at the Administration of Children's Services Workforce Institute (ACSWI), she supports the evaluation and continuous quality improvement of the dozens of professional development learning programs that the Institute offers youth-facing city and nonprofit workers. As a part of this work, Julia is currently exploring creative approaches to understand how learners apply knowledge gained from professional development programs in their daily work. She graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland with an emphasis in Child Welfare.
