CUNY SPS understands that knowledge gained outside the classroom is extremely valuable. As a result, we offer a number of Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) opportunities that make it possible for you to earn credit for your previous education, work experience, and learning outside the classroom.

Holli Broadfoot joined the CUNY School of Professional Studies in 2007 as Associate Director, Off-Campus College. In this role, she developed graduate and undergraduate courses, training programs, and certificates. In 2014, she became the Associate Director of Human Relations Programs and in 2015 she became the Associate Director of Human Relations and Sociology Programs. In 2018, she became the Experiential Learning Manager for CUNY SPS and is responsible for providing school-wide leadership of the processes and procedures by which students may be awarded academic credit for experiential learning focused on credit for prior learning and internships. She earned a B.B.A. in Finance, a M.Div, and a MS in Business Management and Leadership.
