About this Webinar:

You already balance multiple competing priorities every day: work, family obligations, health and personal needs, and maybe even a hobby or two. But what does it mean to fit an asynchronous degree program into an already full schedule?

This interactive session invites students to rethink time management through the lens of real-life demands, shifting energy levels, and self-compassion. We’ll explore practical strategies for prioritizing, planning, and pacing yourself without the pressure to be perfect. Whether you are balancing work, school, or personal responsibilities, this training offers flexible tools and mindset shifts to help you stay grounded as an asynchronous student so that you can remain focused and kind to yourself along the way.
