Effective community-building across education levels is critical to ensuring neurodivergent students' success in college. This session will focus on the development of high school-to-college transition networks, addressing the unique needs of neurodivergent students as they move from K-12 education to higher education. Drawing from personal involvement in establishing such programs, I will outline strategies for connecting schools, universities, and local employers to create a seamless transition. Attendees will learn how to foster partnerships between educational institutions and support services to address the challenges neurodivergent students face, from academic preparation to social integration. The session will involve brainstorming actionable ideas for building such networks and partnerships within local communities.
