Chrysetta Patterson, MSW, CPTM, Certified Coach is a passionate Master Trainer and Facilitator who graduated with her Master’s Degree from Adelphi University, School of Social Work. Since 1987, she has been working with Universities, Nonprofits, and Community-based agencies in the fields of Mental Health and Child Welfare. Chrysetta is currently employed with NYC Administration for Children Services/Workforce Institute, a collaborative initiative with CUNY, School of Professional Studies. In her role at the Workforce Institute, she is a Senior Applied Learning Facilitator, providing Training and Coaching for the Department of Child Protection.

Her Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) work stems its roots from The Village Enrichment’s, Race Diversity & Intersectionality (RDI) framework. Chrysetta is a Consultant/Facilitator, and she delivers Trainings & Reflective Process to various non-profits & community-based organizations in NYC.

Caring about children and families has motivated her work with the New York City Department of Education (DOE) Early Head Start Parent Council, providing Leadership Training and Coaching. Chrysetta has also presented at the Kempe International Conference “A Call to Action to Change Child Welfare”
