My name is Davianne Silvera. I am currently completing my MSN in nursing organizational leadership. Over the past four years as a nurse, I have grown into my role as a nurse leader on a fast-paced oncology unit, where I am passionate about supporting both patient care and team development. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending meaningful time with my friends and family. My journey at CUNY SPS has been challenging, transformative, and deeply rewarding. I am proud of how far I have come and excited to celebrate this accomplishment as I walk across the stage in may — woot woot!
